All orders are processed and securely handed over to our registered domestic courier partners within 48 to 72 business working hours from the date of your order confirmation. Generally, shipments reach your destination within 5 to 7 working days post-dispatch.
Delivery is initiated strictly based on the shipping details submitted during checkout on our website. We highly advise double-checking your credentials. Once the shipment is handed over to our logistics partners within the 48-72 hour window, address alterations cannot be accommodated.
In cases where a dispatched order is rejected or unaccepted by the customer upon arrival, any applicable refund will only be processed after deducting the actual forward shipping and reverse logistics (RTO) charges incurred by Foxsky.
No. Please do not open the product packaging yourself. As per our Unboxing Policy, the box must only be opened in the presence of a Brand Authorized service engineer who arrives for the demo and setup. Foxsky is not responsible for any internal damage or faults if the seal is broken by an unauthorized entity.
Our authorized service engineer will mount your television (either table-top or wall-mount based on your preference), perform a rigorous physical check of all peripheral ports (Power supply, USB, etc.), and walk you through a comprehensive live demo highlighting all UI features and device settings.
We leverage industry-leading, completely encrypted systems via Razorpay and CCAvenue payment gateways. We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, NetBanking, and UPI protocols for fluid, rapid checkouts.
Please note that once an order confirmation is processed through our systems, Foxsky does not host any post-purchase order cancellations or immediate monetary refunds. All transactions on confirmed dispatches are absolute.
