On 12th oct,2023 i have received the product by courier xpressbees but after unboxing it , i found broken LeD screen which i have clearly recorded video while unboxing. I have registered a complaint on 12oct,2023 but till now no action or have been replaced ,as per telephonic conversation with customer care service the replacement will be made soon they mentioned but I am very upset with the very poor service of Foxsky as it is nearly two weeks after i made complaint .
