There is no executive and the person came to give the demo. The remote control of the television is very very cheap and pathetic. You have to bring the remote in front of the sensor than only it works.There are so many basic functions which is not available in this television for example there is no screen mirroring, you don’t have access to change the basic TV resolutions you can’t change the music features even you can’t see movies in Google chrome it doesn't support 18+ movies. Suddenly the OTT netflix channel stops working we tried are best to reinstall but after all are efforts we couldn’t bcoz there are soo many functions which are unable which you can get in a normal TV too. Overall it’s a pathetic television I have bought till date.
Very worst experience I doubt how people are giving good and satisfied reviews. It’s the worst television I have gone through in my experience.

This is a fraud company they did not pay the amount of transport vendors and other vendors, there is an employee Swati, she is very unprofessional person and good knowledge of how to fraud with any vendor and once done there work they hold the payment and block the number,
do not work with them otherwise you will not get the payment.

I am from Pune, The worst part of Foxsky is they don’t have their own authorised service executive and the person who came to give the demo he himself didn’t know any functions in the television. Foxsky had hired a local electrician to do the inboxing and he didn’t even know the company name and was not able to give a demo. We were in shock and got pissed off bcoz in front of us he was calling someone and asking for help.
